ok, just put my drop forward on and changed to microline. just wonderin whether this will do? is microline tough or can it split?

have a look - pictures (http://uk.geocities.com/theskel2k/microline.html)

Got to agree with Sonic ,Skel you've done a nice job on that:D ,though I must admit I'm old fashioned `cos I like braided hose myself ,don't think its any better than Microline though.:D

I'm with you on this one Fleish, Microline has always looked a bit weedy to me, and braided looks up to the job.
Its a pity I have such an extreme curve on my line which means I have to use macroline:eek:

yeah got to agree with sonic, looks ok to me to, as mines got loads more bend in it and i have no probs. i did find to start wiv though if ya wanna put a real good bend in it boil some water and stick the pipe in it then when its gone all bendy and soft mould it to the shape ya want.......works a treat..........
:D :D

It should work fine. I suggest using Steel braided hose though. I have always used them for all of my markers. Macro and micro lines have proved untrusty in my days. Also thats macroline, not micro.;)

Here's a pic from a while ago when I used this setup. Steel braided hoses bend fine.

Macroline is more than up to the job, as long as you don't get it wrapped round trees and bunkers, that tends to do it no good at all. It's a darn sight easier to work with than braided.
I've been running the same length of tubing on my Mag for about 8 years now, no problems what so ever. Always carry some spare in the tool box though, just in case i get attacked by another tree. Just done another set-up on a new Cocker using macro too. :)

Microline on Cocker. Is this tight enough?
