i got sick of the shit they give to there staff, id worked my arse of for them there was many of times were i started at 6am in morning till 9pm a nyte dint expect to get owt i did it cos i loved that site and thought of it as a 2nd home, but there HO likes to be *arseholes* to there staff

We need marshals at YPC with exactly that dedication, who will work long hours and expect nothing for it.

I think you'll find all the marshalls at the wakefield site are like this. But we all enjoy it, and thats the main thing
