Broken Inferno

hey all i recently baught a 2nd hand inferno off a friend just for shooting out back when i got bored. today i tested it and the balls are just rolling out the barrel, i sure the co2 bottle is full i just got it filled. what do u thinks happend here? should i throw it away?

Turn the bolt the right way round

If that doesn't solve it, please try to be more descriptive of the problem - ie is there any noise at all when you fire it, does it recock, etc etc
