does anyone know if dye sticky grips will fit an Eblade frame?

Flat no

All you can get to properly fit eblades are Planet grips

However....

The Ego grips will fit, but you will have to cut the grips to fit the solenoid (dont try this with the hybrid ones they are too thin).

If you fit a MQ valve all ego grips will fit without modification.
