I Have been going paintballing now for the past 3/4 years, about 6 times a year. The events I have been atending have all been public days, but recently they have just been too easy and the challenge and the fun is just not there anymore. The last time I went It was at the YPC and there was a walkon going on at the same time and started chatting to a couple of guys who were telling me about the whole tourni business and walkons etc. So me and a couple of friends have been saving up and this summer we are going to buy our own marker and gear.
I have lined up a Proto matrix 6 off someone I know at uni, Its basic apart from a new trigger that has been put on. I was wondering what a good price is and what upgrades people would recommend. Another thing I would like to know is how the gas systems work and how you refill them and how much they cost to maintain.
The last thing is can someone explain the concept of Sup'air please how the games work, how many players per team, how many teams there are in the uk, nearest teams and what the hell a snake is.
