Help Choose Paintballs

If all are available, try them all & see which you prefer. Simple.
But, you'll never go wrong with either Draxxus or Diablo.
The standard barrell on your marker will nearly always be sized as large as possible (.693-.697) so that near as dammit all paintballs will be a loose fit. This is why barrells like the Empire set or the freak will always be popular. A large bore barrell will never have the problem of balls sticking, but as paint always varies in size (brand to brand, box to box & ball to ball) you will always get velocity inconsistencies. If you can match the bore size to the size of the ball, you will be a lot more consistent, but as a manufacturing compromise, std barrels will work with any paintball.

My opinion? Draxxus or Diablo

(never even heard of Celtic or phoeni x & Nelsplat is just shi te in my opinion):D

I'll be trying out Celtic this coming weekend. Will report back with results. It's going through Autocockers, Angels and an Inferno so should get a good cross section.

I know we all have our favourite paint, but no-one seems to have mentioned ZAP yet. ZAP Chronic is brill, never a problem. At the other end of the spectrum ZAP Primer shoots pretty good too, even when it's been stored in my airing cupboard for 6 months. Now that must say something for the paint, or my airing cupboard.
By the way, who remembers WDPs old FOREST paintballs?

forest light and forest heavy. (sounds like a scottish beer.lol. )
the dark brown shelled ones were great as your oppopnents never saw them coming till it was too late.

btw, do celtic paintballs have green and white stripes and come in tartan boxes:D

The last time I shot any of this it had green and white shell, with a tartan fill.:D
