is there a diffrence between the two games or is it the same thing with diffrent names?
x ball is one of several variations of sup'air

Those ain't answers guys.
X-ball (NXL) is played using time. 2, 20 minute halves are played. As soon as a team captures the flag, the clock is stopped and the teams reset. You have "pitmen/pod bitches" that fill you pods and air. It's played 7v7 on field, but depending on the tournaments rules, more players can be included. 1 point for a win. The team with the most wins after the time is over, wins. Then you have majors and minors, but they'll complicate things.
It's like football, but with Paintball rules.

sup air is a type of field you play on (with inflatable bunker's )
xball is a type of game you play on a sup air field
