the one at work feels lke there is a liquied in it when you set it upright theres just air but when it is upside down you can see it come out
Oh I see, there's air and CO2 in the same bottle. Now you understand why we all tell you you cannot use it. Now go get some airsource bottles if you need a little bit of CO2 or give BOC a ring if you need a lot.

What sort of CO2 do you have at work? do you have a fill station that will fit it? Do you know what liquid withdrawal is? Seriously, liquid CO2 is very dangerous if you don't know what you are doing.

ya i have a fefill sation we have the co2 for the pop dipencer at work it says mix on the tank

Some tell me how to get started from the begining what kinda co2 gas or liquid co2 step by step with a 2 valve refill sation.

Why would we want to try a 2x4 web site on the wrong side of the pond for parts or info when we have sites like Fat Bobs which will do the same thing or better at a fraction of the cost?
