Lol, well I can't really answer that question. It's like asking Picaso how to paint. You need to know how to do a multitue of things in order to have an outcome. Try going through the tutorials in the program to get a feel for the tools and its capabilities. If you get stuck, or have any specific questions, please ask.

Macromedia Flash would be a good start :)

I've done a bit of flash animation, nothing much (here (www.cardiffgreens.co.uk) and here (http://www.cs.cf.ac.uk/User/C.P.Chapman)) but if you wanna get real good real fast - check out some of the tutorial webbies out there - www.flashkit.com is one of the best out there.

weebl and bob are specialised humor i recon ... some of them are just plain twisted. however, some of the other flash movies done by the weebl n bob creators are very good!

flash based animation is really really easy once u know the program.

I did a load more but saved all the files as the editable ones not the vieable ones, and ive since lost the program, i might download the trial again just so i can see what i did again.
