They have found out who it was from the original Jack the ripper diary and his pocket watch.

His name was James something ending with ck in the surname,
a clue was Ja from james and ck from the last 2 letters of his surname... Jack...
Also the last murder Jack the ripper did was after he was seriously ill from drug abuse, he left his wife's innitials on the wall when he killed the woman in her house. the police didn't notice back then. (it shows on the photo they took)
I can go on for ever. i got it off the documentary called "The diary of Jack the ripper" from the UK History channel.

Depends what you class as a criminal and how you prioritise.
Is it really a crime to do 60mph on a motorway just because some cones are out, not that anyone was working as usual, or would you consider theft more of a crime.
Is it right that plod can put so much effort into the catching of motorists, yet little shits who would steal your car or rape your granny can walk free.
How would you feel if you were stopped by the police for having a break light out only to return to your house and find your house had been burgled because there are no police walking the streets any more.

I agree with Andy.
Why do they need speed limits on motorways or roadworks?
All the traffic slows down when there are roadworks anyway, because of all the crap drivers in big cars that don't think they can fit between the cones or in the smaller than normal lanes, because they don't know how big their cars are.
I would much rather see plod catching the scum that nick your cars, car stereos etc or burgle your house when you are out speeding...
You can do 60 mph on any single carrage road so why, if a dual carrageway is down to one do you have to drive slower than 60??

ooh, dodgy territory!
My other half's brother was assaulted in a pub last year, and we reported it to the police and they promptly sent two police officers 3 days later. Thats 72 feckin hours, to take a statement, we even gave them the name of the guy who did it, but they did knack all about it.
that's cus they don't wanna get involved with more paper work than they already have.
It boils down back to the government again with the Labour party's improvements:rolleyes:

yeah seen pics but people who speed in busy traffic are just nobs :o and 90 on a motorway like the m1 or m25 when its not busy isnt much of a crime

I have the best of the Village People. I just called them a bunch of poofs. For some reason, a lot of people are taking that as a derogatory comment, however, that's their interpretation not my intention. If people see being called gay as an insult, then thats their perception - not mine.
