HPA Regulators - Conditions of sale.

Fat Bob's now only sell HPA Regulators subject to the following conditions.

1) The regulator is attached to a bottle which meets European Test Standards. (CE)

2) The system to which the regulator is attached is only filled by a professionally trained person.

3) The regulator is never sold on.

Safety must always be the first priority.

The basic discussion was as follows.

Paul Collier asked how we could enforce rule 3 (That the regulator is never sold on). A fair question.

The answer is that of course we can't, but if we can put into the minds of people the dangers involved with old and worn hpa regs then at lease we will have gone some way in preventing an accident.
