I was wondering what would be better and why for the ION XE and the proto 08 SLG, co2 or air?

Well would i just have to buy the tank then just refill it? If so how much would it cost and where could i do this?

yea just a an air system then take it to your nearest site and the will fill it when u are playing failing that some dive shops will do it be you may need a fill station as for buying a bottle look on fatbobs website

couple of quid. depends were you go. walkons often have it on suply for free

air is greener and cleaner, where as co2 is brown and smellier. :p
