What do you carry?

When out on the field what things do you generally carry on you or in your pockets. (Not the obvious things like Marker, pots and paint.)

I have seen people with straight shots tied to the pants but cant see a way to do this :confused:

yup :D well seriously, theres fluffies, a spare barrel sock, towel and goggle cleaner in a spare pod and 12g canisters depending on what im using :D

in my early days in paintball i used to stick smoke grenades in them aswell, so i didnt lose them :D but thats was a while ago.....last grenade i did get my hands on, my dog found it and ate it....... :(

Why carry a barrel sock?

Thought thy were just for protecting the barrel when not in use?

no, theyre for use in safe zones and out on the field during points when people dont have masks on so that you dont accidently pull the trigger and take someones eye out who doesnt have a mask on :) you just fire the ball into the barrel sock accidently and doesnt hit anyone, i just leave mine round my hopper while i play, and pull it over the barrel at the end of each game

well i normally carry a spare incase i fire a shot off by accident or if i lose the one im using :D

tissue and a fluffy is about all you need when playing, anything mor ethan that makes me a bigger target.... which i do not need at all lol

i dont, if you lost your wallet in mud, or phone even, thats not good...+ wats the reason for taking them with you, apart from security.. its not like ur guna buy anything on field..

Condom - to collect rain water
Compass - YPC is a big place
Flashlight - I bet the woods are really dark on a night
Whistle - to summon help
Life Jacket - YPC have trenches filled with water
Quinine - have you seen the mozzies?
Umberella - in case it rains
Snare - to catch a rabbit
Waterproof matches - to light a fire to cook the rabbit

ah good post and nice tip , would never have thought off using a empty pod , but , just crushed a grenade , was struggling to get at it , and when i finally got my hands in the pocket , it came out with paint balls and bits off grenade .

normally i just carry one plus smoke , and dont usually need to use it , but its nice to have it , ratheir than think , if only i had smoke / grenade etc
