New: need JT headshield advice

well i dont have enough money to support my own paintball gun yet but i have just bought myself a nice jt spectra 8 headshield, however i'm finding doing stuff with it a real pain, being my first helmet i'm not always sure what should do what.

Currently i am trying to take the lense out and i am having real difficulty, can get the top 3 pegs out (and then spend like 30mins putting them back in) but i cant get the bottom two out and the two nose ones look like they will be hard to. I'm trying to do this from the whole mask, i don't see a way to remove the rubber part from the main body of the goggles but this may be wrong?

basically any advice on the headshield world be great because the little booklet you get with it really sucks.

thanks, it shows some stuff but the problem is the manual doesn't explain what i can and can't take off some i'm hesitant to start pulling.

does anyone know if you are meant to remove the lenses without taking anything else off?

I took mine out the other day and i removed the rubber mouth gaurd by just pulling down wards from the lense and also the peak on the top just pulls off.

If you give it all a good pull it should come apart easily.
