Spend your money on paint , so long as you don't try and play in White trainers now will give a monkies what you're wearing.

And we mostly call them trousers sonny unless you're a sceptic:)

Invest in some good boots. Most of the injuries i've seen playing walkons is sprained ankles (and a broken ankle once) because of unsuitable footwear. Best i can recomend is a pair of british assault boots which can be picked up for about £25 other then that wear something comfortable.

i wouldnt wear studded football boots, because your going to want to jump and slide about a lot.... so you dont want a broken ankle, just some sturdy trainers, or boots...

and Nikky.... id definately wear pants if i were you....

I wear Football Blades for the extra grip, I have played in hiking boots and trainers. It's all personal preference you could look into cleats as well.

i tend to wear "cleats" for sup-air as the ground is reasonably flat so you don't have to be to concerned as to whats under foot...

and "mil-com" boots for the woods as you have a lot of uneven ground to walk on so they're better for that..

look in to either footy/astro turf boots, aslo have a look at the rawlings cleats on fatbobs. i wear a pair they give you grip of footy boots with ankle support of hiking boot.

coltkillah when your sliding, you generaly do it on ur knees

yeah, well, unless u slide with one leg, but ive seen peoples football studs dig in, and then them slide over there ankle... not pleasent... but i take your point..
plus football boots dont have any ankle support... so id preferably want something with a bit more ankle protection if im going to have good grip...
