Don't laugh, but I've found an old TFX2000 that won't recock. All the o-rings are good, everything is clean and lubed, velocity is good, just won't recock.
Anyone got any ideas what might be wrong please???

Thanks F.J. I know it's crap, and I already got a Cocker. (and a Mag, and a Sterling).
I'm doing a favour for a mate to sell the TFX to some gimp who wants to shoot trees. Any more ideas that I might be able to use? lol

recheck the "o" ring on the hammer and also try turning the velocity up slightly

Cheers Andy, O-ring is good, velocity tried all the way to OUCH and beyond. Still no joy. Could it be the fact there is a screw missing from the grip frame, the one right next to the trigger guard? Thats the only thing i can think of now.

That'll be it - the sear will be sat too low cos the trigger frame is hanging off a bit. So it won't catch the saer.

Frame is solid, 2 screws, one back, one front. The screw that seems to be missing is between the front one and the trigger guard. The hole goes straight through so you can see the bolt moving. Any ideas now? PLEASE??
