Does any use a different barrel for their ETEK, Ego, Geo, etc? I just havent had any problems with my barrel, but i am thinking about getting a Sly just to have that extra security. If anyone does have a different barrel on their Eclipse marker, or not, could you please give me an insight into whats the difference? Thanks :)

i used the standard 1 piece on my etek1 and it is pants!!! put a sly 14" barrel on it with a .692 back, and it made a hell of a difference. much improved. I think fatbobs have one or two in stock, that are not on the website. pm lambchop or phone the shop on saturday if your intrested.

What eclipse barrel do you have shaft 1,2 or 3? If you have either 2 or 3 there's no need to upgrade.

big lamb sean works for powerplay so is sponsered by jcs so i believe he will order it direct from them ;) :D :D :D :D got to look after your sponsers mate ,sean keep your money for playing at the mo mate;)

Shaft 1 is the 1 piece barrel. Shaft 2 is the 2 piece and shaft 3 is the new upgraded shaft 2.

I think that the etek 2 has a stock shaft 2 barrel, which is an excellent stock barrel. :)

I think my barrel is the 3 one, but could be the two. All i know is that they shoot almost striaght ever single time. But i will eventually invest in a Sly. Everyone tells me how good they are :D:D:D

fair point. cant blame him. either way the sly barrels are spot on.:D

I would recommend the Deadly Windz CF barrel as a upgrade, i just havent seen any cocker threaded going cheap otherwise i would have 1 already (i have a ion threaded and they are spot on!!!), the shaft 2 / 3 are good but can be improved on, i would even say a Dye UL is more accurate but its not like your talking massive improvements :D
