Hi! I had the same problem with my PMR. I solved it by changing 020 BN 70 o-ring on the bolt cap. I uploaded picture of PMR bolt to my web album. Have a look. According to PMR manual it is one ore more of the o-rings with the red square around it. Start with the 020 BN 70 o-rings on the bolt cap and back of the bolt if that does not help try changing both 009 orings in the stem of the bolt.
Lube all o-rings well and reinsert the bolt kit.
Also make sure that bolt is aligned properly when you put it in. There should be a small grub on the bolt that has to go in the groove.
Hope this helps

P.S. If the 007 o-ring (number 9 on the picture) comes off that will definitely cause the air leak so try changing that as well. Don't forget to lube all o-rings well

Also did you put brand new o-rings on or have they been used before?

hi mate speak to tony ( lamchop ) or andy in the shop and order a full seal kit and tube of dow 33 change all the seals on the bolt and give them a good lubing.
before you attach your bottle turn you reg clockwise all the way in then turn it out about 2 + half times. then attach your bottle and see if your marker leaks.
if it ok then get to a chrono and adjust to 280 fps
