Age restrictions on purchasing paintball guns.

As i understand it paintball guns don't come under the same laws as air rifles and suchforth but do you still have to be 18 to be able to buy them, if so how does this affect second hand sales and private sales.

As a responsible industry the UKPSF would always suggest a policy of not selling to under 18 year olds.

Best way if you are selling second hand kit is to ask the player for his/her parent to contact you to verify the sale.
