I made the plunge and ordered a couple of items from fatbobs paintball...
Replacement Lens for Profilers
Mirrored Lens for Profiles
VForce Anti-Fog Spray
So it arrives yesterday YAY me, I opens the packaged and check the contents, Replacement Lens... woohoo.... Anti-Fog Spray... yay... Mirrored lens? Errrrr..... Uh oh...
So this morning i calls FatBobs and advises them of the situation and their response (of which i am very happy)...
"Because it's our fault, we'll get it sorted for you... it may well be that we didnt have the mirrored lens in stock, but there is another colour mirror, do you mind having this one?", "no, i dont mind at all", i reply... ", and then he says "i'll get one out to you today, it'll come by City Link on their next day, but they dont deliver on saturdays", "ahh, i was hoping to play with em on Sunday, any ideas?" i ask... "right ok, i'll see if i can get a parcel force package out to you, hopefully we can get it to you tomorrow", he replies.
Now this to me, although there was an initial cock up, is a classic example of BLOODY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! And I WILL be using fatbobs again!!!
