Bully- the link you provide to the Summary of Liability cover for the UKPSF insurance states period of cover 15th June 2007 to 15th June 2008?
Where can we get an updated hard document which we would rely on for the terms and conditions if something was to happen to any of us that is for the current period
I have no idea why it was not updated last year as I sent an updated copy to the web guy weeks after the expiry date
The terms have not changed since we started the cover and infact since you clearly doubt the cover I can assure you I sent a cheque to the insurer last week for just over £8,500 for the 2009-2010 cover for the players. When we get the policy document back from them I will send it to the web guy to have it updated
Steve
PS The reason I put you doubt the cover is the bit you have edited which clearly cast doubt on me !! "posts written on websites can easily be changed or deleted" Thanks you clearly don't know me

No the first post I wrote was to ask where to find the poicy as I had not recieved anything with my card when i renewed my insurance and I wanted something more than a note on a website, stating what I am covered for. I then saw the link on your earlier post, So I checked that and saw the additional link to download the policy, I then edited my Original post to say delete, I have found what I was looking for. I then realised the policy was out of date when I printed both of them off, so I then had to edited my post again to update what my new enquiry was.
As a customer I am entitled to ask questions about a policy I am paying for which under the heading ask UKPSF is what I have done.
I had no idea who to make my post to and was going to ask Andy At YPC if he knew anything as he was the one who advised me to join over a year ago. (i just play paintball as hobby and have not been involved with the politics of paintball and do not have a clue who is responsible for what)
This has no bearing on anyone other than myself as I was concerned that if something was to happen and I was to face a lawsuit I would be relying on cover policy that was over a year out of date at the top of the form.
This link provides me with the opportunity to raise questions which I have, As I said before as a paying customer I am entitled to ask the question.

Ahh I just realised what you mean, Yes well its true who in there right mind has insurance with all the facts on a site, which could easily be changed that is correct.
I still do not know anyone or who is responsible for what at UKPSF so as with any insurance policy I need the correct information for me to be able to use.
And yes you are right I do not know you at all so why would I put my trust into a document provided that is more than a year out of date, I cannot believe nobody has picked this up unitl now anyway.
Anyway thankyou for replying promptly and I am sure this admin error will soon be sorted out.
The insurers have emailed me today to say the new policy documents are in the post - I have requested an electronic version for the website so that will be corrected as soon as I can get it to the web guy.
When you join or rejoin you should have been sent a UKPSF newsletter (usually when the cards are sent out) with details of the policy etc.. If you haven't recieved this it is either because you haven't supplied an e mail address on your membership form or it has appeared in your spam box OR the e mail system has not worked when a batch was sent out (very possible) When the new douments are on the web I will resend an e mail.
