where do you get your bottle filled ? most diving supplies shops should have facilities for testing as well as filling, so try the yellow pages for the nearest.

Or bring it to H-pac and they'll take it away and do it and courier it back to you.

yes but i think we're talking about a 15ltr steel dive tank here.
its gonna cost an arm and leg for postage.and how the heck do you parcel a dive tank up.:confused:
