SPRINGFIELD, Va. - Eric Williamson faces an indecent exposure charge after a passerby saw him in the buff in his own home making coffee.

It happened at 5:30 a.m. Monday.

Channel 5 reports the woman and 7-year-old boy who saw him naked apparently had cut through Williamson's front yard from a nearby path.

This is crazy, I know people get sued for all sorts of crazy crap in the USA but alot of their laws have leaked over to the UK.

How long before we have to wear swimming trunks in the shower and pants 24/7 in case the window cleaner sees a bit of nudity?.

I was walking down the street the other day and saw an ugly woman. This caused me mental anguish.

My Mate got arrested for this not so long back. Got out of bed and his curtains were open. What can you do? Shame the police aren't bothered about real criminals eh.

I did hear that he was considering suing.

It is a sad state of affairs though the guy did say he would keep his curtains shut from now on !
