G'day,

Ok ... i've had a few markers in my time but i've only just got my first 'propper' marker (cocker) 2nd hand. Now never having set up a marker from scratch eg with bottom line and the sorts, I thought i'd take it over to Manchester next week to see if Plan et can give me a few pointers.

What crossed my mind was to get it 'serviced' as i've seen people mention this on occation...but what is a service exactly? And how much would it cost to have done?

Ta,

-Paul-

I don't know the cost but they strip it completely then rebuild with new o-rings everywhere and stuff. They clean out the valves and set it up so it runs super sweet. I must get mine done sometime but as for now I do most of it myself. Never got the hang of timing it though. That I have done by a pro.

Sorry to disapoint but from experience you can't just 'pop' in and have someone look at a marker :)

Used to be about a week turnaround back last year even before e-blades became popular so maybe its longer now :)

Don't know how much they charge but I know its about £75 from Belsales for a full service of a cocker :)

Best thing would be to give them a ring!
