Loading Pictures

Hi, Please can someone advise me how to load pictures on to the for sale site, I know I have to load a picture with the date and user name. Thank_you

take the pictures and put them on a hosting website, such as photobucket or imageshack, then copy the direct url for the pictures and then paste the links on here along with the original thread
