i have just rebulit my tl plus(esp 3.0 trigger) and it was fine for a about 1/2 of the hopper then it started to burp and going on to full auto then not recock any ideas the air tank showed about 1000psi can any one help

The tank may be fine but pressure may not be going into the marker properly. Try getting your tank filled up first. I've had burping at 1000-1200psi. Failing that here's a few things you could do if you haven't already:
Check that you've put the valve in the right way if you removed it.
Check the cup seal isn't damaged and sits in the valve properly (Cross check with the manual).
If you've replaced the expansion chamber with a regulator make sure it's not set too low.
Check for blockages in the system.

If all else fails try taking it apart again and cleaning each individual bit as you put it back together. That usually does the trick for me.
