question

A friend has given me an autococker barrelf or free (he recently upgraded further, so i have his last upgrade) i'm not sure exactly what barrel it is, he just told me it was off his autococker.

My question however is:

Will a autococker barrel possibly fit spyder threads, i know this sounds unlikely but barrels such as the J and J Ceramic Barrel can have threads for either, so there must be a similarity? or am i reading wrong?:confused:

i cant actually just check this on my marker as it hasnt yet been delivered, so i could either do with an answer or just wait for the marker to arrive an try it :p

sorry... autococker thread barrels only fit markers with autocockers threads... isn't that tricky?

You can get adaptors to use Spyder Barrels on other markers but I haven't seen any adaptors that work the other way round, like allow you to use Autococker Barrels on a Spyder. Sorry.

Just curious though... Was it a stock Autococker barrel or something nicer? I just managed to get my old cocker working yesterday, y'see...

i was pretty sure it wouldnt fit, its just when i looked through new barrels you could get barrels that had autococker or spyder threads available, i guess they just put adaptors on so they could offer both threads.

an this is the pic he took a bit ago, he had it on ebay but took it down again :p my camera dont work so i asked him to send me pic for ya to see.

No adapter really, just made with different threads.
