Is anybody else using a tippmann A5 or 98custom with a response trigger?
I have been using too much CO2 ie a full 20oz bottle only lasted for about 300 balls this is not good:mad: :mad: :mad:
There's no leak that i can detect.

Anybody got any sensible ideas.

i use a TIPPMAN A5 with flatline i dont use the response trigger bur have played with people who use them and they can fire 800 balls with a 20oz bottl I would have a look to see if you have a leak and the a5 does use a lot of gas because it use the cyclone feed aswell but i can fire 900 balls with mine.

The response trigger uses extra CO2 so that might be the cause of your problem.The CO2 is what pushes the trigger forward faster after you fire.

It was fine when i first got it but the last couple of time's iv'e used it, it's been crap, the only thing i can think of is that iv'e screwed the trigger flow control screw right out to give it a faster rate of fire.

If there's a gas leak i can't hear it and usualy hear other peoples before they do:confused: :confused:

You know i thought that aswell but seeing as i haven't filled it i don't know, last sat i went down to ypc to test out me new bits and (lamb chop) filled it that lasted about 300 balls,
The sunday before at congleton it was filled at least 3 times, i shot about 1700 balls (i'd had a couple of bad weeks at work).
I'll have to take some scales with me next time:mad: :mad:
