View Full Version : Air Filling
Hey there another stupid question
How do i fill an air run system at home?
What sort of kit do I require and how much does it cost to do this?
Any advise would be greatfull
Darren
A dive tank (people normally go for 12l) and a fill rig.
New dive tank will cost you £150/£200 and a rig anywhere from £50 up over.
what do you recommend air or co2

So how come the paintball sites use co2.
Is it easy if u take ur own kit to a paintball site to get a co2 or air canister refilled
All sites do co2. Only some do air. It is easier at a site to get co2 therefore than air refilled. However it is a hell of a lot easier from a personal point of view to store your own air than it is to store your own co2 :)

some sites use co2 some sites use air, though more sites seem to be moving over to air as its easier to fill , the markers require less maintainance (o rings and seals last longer etc) and markers do not freeze up during rapid fire in colder temperatures.
I was looking to buy my first own gun. was wondering what was better. thanks for the help
is it better to start with a co2 then move up to air?
Do most sites fill you air cannister for you?
What about having both bottles and choosing on site
Do you need any licences to own a paintball gun?

both bottles is nice if you can afford it.
no you dont need a license to own a pball gun
if you're considering playing paintball casually, get CO2. If you plan on playing regularly/seriously, get air. I started with CO2, got air after a few months, waste of money
Looking to go about once a month at the moment. Proberbly all i can afford at present but am looking to get into it a bit more seriously
Cheers Guys
between all of you and the Fat Bob my choice has been sorted
Cheers
