reg adjustment

I have a 2k4 prostock cocker and I want to be able to adjust the vert reg and low pressure reg.

which way do you turn the screw in the vert reg, and what effect does it have on pressure?

How do you adjust the low pressure reg? there is a hex key screw in the front, is this what you change, and which way do you turn it?

This could go in the cocker section but maybe more people will see it here. Im going to play tomorrow so a quick answer would be nice :p
