Centre flag gives you something to go for, whereas 2 base flags might as well be 'eliminate the other team' in the majority of cases. Centre flag makes for more aggressive games - better to watch and play!

Err and whats wrong with Eliminating the other team isn't that the idea.....

Ahhhhh now I undestand thats why the schollars never got anywhere....

Let me Explain Tom the Idea of the Game is to Shoot all the players on the other team before they shoot all of your team or the time runs out. Then go get the flag. Try it the next time you play...:D

Why I oughtta....

both centre flag & twin flag games work ok on sup air & hyperball
fields as you can usually shoot end to end.
on a woodland field I would say centre flag only cos if both teams
play defensive you get 2 teams sitting back waiting for the other team to make a move & it gets a bit silly & verry boring..

I say this through experience as i've marshalled twin flag games
where both teams have played extremely defensive .
run out to their primaries & just sat there waiting for the other team to make a move.
ten minute game eight minutes in & not a shot fired.:( :( :mad:
