I'm looking to build one of the following from scratch (in order):

1) Angel
2) Intimidator
3) Autococker (EBlade2 or Race framed)

I know a little about Autocockers and where I can get parts for them but I know nothing about Angels or Intimidators. Can anyone give me any advice on these markers or links to where I can get parts for them? This is going to be my main project over 2005 so, while I may have a whole year to complete this project, I'd like as much info as everyone can supply before I decide which marker to start on. You can also vote for one if you've not got constructive advice to post.

Small Print
I already know it'll more than likely cost more building the marker this way but I'm aiming to learn about the marker while building it and, once it's built, I'll not only know the marker back-to-front and inside-out but also have a working, complete and unique high end marker added to my arsenal... which will be a keeper! Your vote will in no way influence my final decision but it'd be interesting to see how popular the markers are for mod projects. Thanks in advance for all constructive help and advice supplied. Vag.

why not just buy the markers and save yourself a boat load of hassle and money in the long run ?

did you not learn your lesson with that god awful spyder. ?

You didn't read the small print, did you?

Was that meant for me? I had less work to do with my Autococker but, by comparison, I recall having more trouble and hassle with my Autococker than any of my Spyders... but then I was there when it all happened... :p

Serious advice? Where did it all go?

well if the choice is cocker, angel or timmy i would go for angel

why?

becuase youve done cocker - e2 is the same
timmy parts aregenerally hard to come by plus they are really spyders in disguise anyway
angel is different to the others and tech support is second to none here in the uk

just for reference, it wasnt the problems i was referring to. it was the extreme depreciation and lack of interest in buying a super spyder.

a spyder by any other name will still be a spyder and thought of as a cheap marker. no matter how much cash you throw at it.

and.....small print.

why is it in small print ?

you know why because people dont read small print because they cannot be arsed.:D

well loner

he is a tech, good at fixing things, as an inventory well uh.. he isnt.

a master tech on the other hand, which tom isnt is the same but with more resorces. if mr.allen wanted to be one he could but there isnt the buisness where he is.

answered your question?

I'm not planning on working on a Spyder on this project. I'm kinda leaning toward an Angel at the moment, just because Timmy parts are kinda hard to find over here.

As for the small print... :D

I take it from that subtle hint you are doing an angel?
U could always try a new style cocker, cos there are much better parts for the new ones than the old ones.
