Egg raceways

Has anyboby experienced any probs shortening the raceway neck on an egg hopper? or has anybody ever even done it? Is it designed at a certain lenghth to feed balls in? All i want to do is to sit it tighter to my marker.

No not at all, everybody pretty much sands them. You can take off a cm or an inch with no probs. I'd suggest leavin a lil extra length on tho, just so theres like 2cm of stright bit above your feed neck before the curve, unless you have some stupidly high rise or tall feed neck that is.
