Hi ya all
I was wondering if someone in laymans terms could explain to me why Low Pressure air is better than High Pressure air?
I just got my Angel A4 and a 1.1L 4500 PSI bottle (LP) without air in it.
Put my 0.8L 3000 PSI bottle (HP) on it and it still fires. I was told I cannot use the HP bottle with that Angel...
Sooooo why use LP when HP works?
I think in laymans terms by putting high pressure through it you are puting to much strain on the internals, i.e o rings and the like and while it will work for a while it will COST you in the end.
Correct me if i am wrong

you arent really supposed to put hp into the new mini regs as they can handle it. but it can cause damage to the seals. your service intervals will no doubt decrease due to the increased strain on the reg.
it could possibly fail.
good reasons to use lp, methinks;)
LP air is no better than HP air. Just some markers require low pressure and some require high pressure.
The angel can run on both, but it is highly reccomended to use a LP or you get quite big (30fps) chrono jumps.
You can adjust the minireg so it is better suited to an HP tank, but WDP suggest that a LP reg is much healthier overall for the marker.
Same rules apply to the new style timmys (alias' etc). They run on HP but it is suggested that they have LP or you may experience probs.

Excellent - that is all I needed to know :)
HP is coming off now - put it on to test the marker out :)
