Couple of things have popped up on these here forums which have left me with more questions
1) What lube? the book insists on Dow 33 but I haven't seen it for sale on our fair shores. Silicon OK?
2) Electronics, If I set it up on Semi at 17BPS, turn it off and leave the battery in will it retain my settings? What if I take the battery out?
Locking out modes, I assume this is just setting up as semi, screwing the grips on and not fiddling with the board whilst on site???
3) Couple more questions in classifieds....
4) Anybody see where I've left my tube of copper grease?
:D
Ta Muchly.

1) DOW 33 is available from the shop (giz a bell mate;) ) & no, silicone won't do.
2) The settings will be retained until you physically alter them, even with the battery off
3) Not seen those yet.......
4) Top drawer of the kitchen cabinet

'nother one :o
Adjusting the reg, "turn anti-clockwise to reduce pressure" but is that anti clockwise whilst loking down from above or anti clockwise whilst looking up from below?
I'm having a really blonde day today :p
Anti clockwise is still the same direction irrelevant of which way you look at it??!!

Not so,
If you are looking at the reg from above (holding the marker) and turn the nut anti clockwise you will be in effect turning it clockwise if you were looking at it from below up.
Try it get a bolt in a nut, turn it upside down, hold the nut and turn, everything is reversed.
Just being uber careful, there have been a couple of cases of Ions going pop when first gassed up and I want to turn the reg down before hand, and if I'm going the wrong way it will turn teh reg up.
Its anti clockwise as you look at the nut, ie you looking in the same direction as the air flow.
Lefty loosey, righty tighty;)
Is this the reason the wifes shadow is still in bits??????:D
