Hey. Is there anyone out there (pref in York area) who has a lot of experienc with Impys? Just picked one up & i know nowt about electro markers, so I'm after someone who can spare me a little time, to show me how to set it up, strip & clean, service it etc.
Any help would be much appreciated. Please feel free to PM me with phone numbers so I can contact you. Normal abuse in the usual way please.

Ta. Rob:cool:

sorry, but i have to completely disagree with the previous post. I have a shocker, and it is crucial that it get well looked after. If muck gets in the noids then it can cause big problems (read - smart parts charge the earth for a new noid, so don't let it get damaged). Seeing how an impy also has a noid, i think u should find out how to strip it down. Also, if something goes wrong while your playin, it aint the best time to figure out how it works. A little advice tho, look for a guide on the net (there's bound to be one), and then take it apart (slowly, so u don't loose anything).

hope this helps :)

Just found out why it's not firing properly. The f*ckin' pot switch's snapped off the f*ckin' circuit board, so now I've got to get a new f*cker. No doubt Smart Parts will want the soul of my firstborn f*ckin' child for a new one. BOLLOCKS!!!    Unbef*ckinlievable.

I have a friend who had the same problem - wonder if it's a design flaw with the impy?

Give it to Tom
I'll lend him my soldering iron and he can re-attach it.
He put the switch back on my chocker and that works
Or at least the switch does!:D
