Hi there, Im new to the world of paintball, and have just purchased a SMK commando 1

Im pleased with it (although I dont have any comparison, but the price was right, and it seems reliable)

What I want to know is, can I fit an on/off valve between the gun, and the adapter which the ;airsource' screws into????

This would allow me to to disconnect my airsource capsule from the gun, even if it wasnt empty.

Leaving an airsource attatched to the gun, means the marker is cocked all the time (not safe, and not good for the spring!)

Once disconnected, how long could I leave the airsource for??

Thanks guys, and great forum fat Bob!
