am i thick!!!

i have just took delivery of a wonderfull universal drop forward and micro line kit (from fat bob of course) and no matter how i screw the elbow on to the drop it just wont sit tight and there is a big gap around the seal so air gushes out!!!!

Any suggestions on what to do??

Loctite 638??? I had the same problem just stuck a load on and it worked :) Got mine from smart parts verry expensive for the amount you get:rolleyes: :(

Goto halfords and pick up some nutlock! Works identical to loctite but about 8 quid cheaper!

try out halfords or similar, they will probably have some loctite :)

You need to use PTFE Tape which you can get at any plumbers of DIY Shop (about 20p)

Tape the threads and then screw in.

That will sort it.
