u think i'll get complaints off the neighbours if i start firing a paintball pistol that runs off 12g cartridges in the back garden?
If your garden is enclosed and there is no chance of shooting the said neighbours then you can do what you want. But if one of your shots goes astray then you can expect to lose your garden ,house and liberty as you will have to pay for the lawsuit against you. ;)

Dude this is exactly how paintball got banned in scotland the first time.
Here`s the story,
Man goes into his garden and shoots of his paintball gun. The guy next door complains to the police and they come round and give him a severe talking to and takes the gun off him. So the guy goes next door and gives his neighbour a doing.
Within weeks, paintball markers are classed as firearms and co2 is banned. Within a month the only paintball shop in Scotland has had to close and a couple paintball sites have had to close. All because 1 guy went out and shot his gun in his backgarden.
So, I suggest NO, you don`t shoot your gun in your back garden!
