Anyone here play it?

I absaloutly love the game, just gone to war with a corp as a kinda mock friendly war for pvp practice and its just class

edit: Nevermind...my broadband's cap is on it's last legs, will cost me to download :(

i know, broadband basic from BT, 1Mbs...at full usage you have just over 2 and a quarter hours before you have to pay more.... great business!

ha i laught at 1mb ntl are upgrading our 750k to 2mb for free :D might download soem games when we get it

yeah, you get 1GB a day (if the NTL website is correct) so, if my math is correct you have just over an hour before being over your cap...i spit at your caping rules! (i'm still on 512 with 1GB cap)

thats nothing... i rember an advert for 5/10mb both with a 2 gig cap... WHY?!!?!?!?

There are PLEANTY of decent ISP's for good prices without caps u know? why dont u swap?

its brilliant

im finding its not the gamemechanics themselves that are good its the player politics in it, huge corporations declaring war, owning areas of the game area, tis brilliant

are you refering to eve online?
AL mentioned Anarchy online which is supposed to be free, with no subscriptions etc.

downloaded anarchy and ive got to admit its pretty crap. is there anyway to talk to people or anything its weird.

Just spent the last couple of hours playing Anarchy Online. What are you suposed to do??:confused:
Ive bin wandering around killing little lizards and such and got my guy to level 6. Where do you go and how do you get the better stuff like a pet thing or cooler nano programs and money?

Dont think I should play it again, suposed to be revising for exams an il end up spending days on it!!:D

I gots a couple you might wanna try out -

Navyfield.com - not exactly sure how this works - know a load of people that play it though - make and ugrade your ship and blow everyoene else up klinda thing

RuneScape.com = another one of these stab-em-till-they-die RPG games, quite good fun - takes a while to get into / find out what exactly you're supposed to be doing etc, but its good fun nonetheless

i remember runescape in the early days, when it wasn't teaming with idiots that look at miniclip.com as soon as it was put on miniclip i stopped playing...i'lll have a look at navy field though

Yeah - my guild (monkehs.com) have a large number of peopl that play it - they mostly seem to like it - I'm downloading it now to take a gander - so there goes any chance of me doing any coursework this afternoon ;)

As for runescape, yeah its still filled with nubbins, but I just choose a quiet server, and then turn of general chat ;)

Yeah no one seems to like anarchy online to begin with. They changed the start and it doesnt tell u feck all. It puts u on some stupid newvie island full of idiots, so not really anyone to tell u the crack or owt.

Does get alo better when u get on the mainland. Really u need somone to play it with u who knows whats going on.
