What is the diff between an "auto cocker", "electro blowback" (just the electrics?), standard semi.

Or am I getting the wrong end of the stick!?!?

All of them are semi automatic guns i.e

Electronic semi , semi auto, autocockers etc.

Yes,

A cocker is a type of marker - originally made by WGP, but custom ones are available from tons and tons of different manufacturers (eg freeflow, black magic etc etc).

Blowbacks are also a type, but not attribbuted to any one manufacturer - spyders, sabotages, rebels etc are all blowbacks and work in much the same way, but no one company holds the patent over their operation.
