Converting Video to Flash

There is a new way of adding video to web sites and involoves converting video to a flash file (swv or something similar)

Anyone know any more about it and if so can it be converted using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004

Any help would be most welcome.

Hello Andy!
Just had a word with my young un, he's 13 and an uber nerd, he uses macromedia flash mx for making his video files, he says you can convert quick time files by importing them into flash?
All just nerd speak to me, if you tell me what you are trying to do I can get my lad to have a go for you, or pass on the info.
Drop me a line at slipperysquid@hotmail.com and i may be able to get you a copy of macromedia flash mx very cheaply ;) if you dont have one already.
I know thats not much help but it might be a nudge in the right direction.
