Can neone tell me what i shud get...i doubt ne point in mask cos available at the silverdale site. the marker ive been looking at is the game face / diablo bone daddy gt dms02 (a nice lookin piece of equipment)

You say you don't need goggles as they are available at your local site. So do they not have their own markers too? I would advise you to get your own goggs before or at the same time that you get your first marker. They will be more comfy, not fog up in the winter and make you look cool ;) As for what to get - you need to work out your budget then we can give you specific help with the range of markers that would suit your price range best!
Hope that helps,
Tom
What i mean is that they already have quite good goggs but the markers are absolutely cheap and pretty bad.but i suppose i shud get some goggs neway.well the price range for a marker is not really more then 100(excludin combo thingies, bye the way what do these contain??) all i need to know is what i need so i can organise my budget which at mo is 200 tops.
For that price I'd suggest the diable sobotage and the combo deal. In fact some ppl were selling sabbys recently on the classifieds section - check them out!

Tom

usually with the combo deals you'll get a Co2 tank (to power your marker) a hopper (to put the balls in) and a mask (to stop u going blind). These deals do vary from supplier to supplier but just check them on site before you buy. The mask will usually be the low end entry level variety which you can sometimes upgrade before purchasing. The Hopper is nearly always a VL2000 hopper which is fine for rec ball unless you plan to put more paint down field than a dulux advert. Note when checking the details for the Co2 bottle make sure it has an anti syphon tube fitted or will fit one for you. Look around for the best deal. Sometimes you can pick up a great deal on ebay. I paid £100 for a full kit including an inferno marker, mask, gas, hopper, shot pots and 400 balls.
The Inferno is at the bottom of the marker ladder but its great for beginners and easy to maintain. Very reliable but looks a bit naff but shiny.
Hope that helps and good luck.
i a relative "newbie" too. i brought a diablo sabotage, with expansion chamber and whisper barrel. It works great, shots sraight and reliable, a GREAT buy. BUT my friend has just got the new Bone Daddy, it is effectly my gun, slightly better and cheaper, so both r good buys.
Definatly get ur own mask, only u 2 blame then when it gets scratched and u cant see!

Would definately chosen a Dragun Bottomline LED, got one myself, and it is a great gun compared to its price. Think fatbob is charging GBP 130 inclusive vat, which is a awesome price compared to performance. All spyder upgrades fits it, and is is an electro that can easily pull 10bps.
