You shouldn't have any problems setting them up as I managed with mine without instuctions ,or an ounce of intelligence, what is it you want to know ?
To adjust pressure you screw the collar nut up and down to suit, the valve has an automatic bleed on it so you don't need to fire off the marker when dropping the output .

Yes,but its a bit nasty, basicaly its a crescent shaped affair with a pin at one end that fits in one of the holes in the regs collar enabling you to rotate it,I'm sure you can make something better or use a soft toothed adjustable spanner so you don't mash up the collar.

Thanks jamie, got me a nice little adjustable that fits it just fine.
Found i don't need it though as i can turn the collar thing quite
easily by hand. :)
screwed it on to my adaptor (drop forward ) found i had to screw it on really tight before it stopped leaking air out of the vent hole.
When i came to unscrew the bottle the reg started to unscrew from the air bottle not from the adaptor (donkey). managed to
tighten it back up & with a bit of care unsrewed the reg & bottle
from the adaptor.should i loctite the reg to the bottle ?
( low strength of course ) or use the old co2 bottle trick & put an extra o ring inside the bottle adaptor so i don't have to tighten it as much for it to seal.???:) :( :o :) :)
Never had a problem unscrewing my x-stream from my asa. Was the bottle empty when you were unscrewing it? as it will unscrew from the reg if empty, it shouldn't however unscrew if there is air in it.
If you do unscrew it with no air in just do it by holding the guage and fill nipple and unscrewing instead of by the bottle itself.
As for loctite on the threads to hold it, its a big no no really, can cause a bottle to fail retest when the time comes, when theres air in it like I say the pressure should stop you being able to unscrew the bottle from the reg.

dave there was 2000psi pressure in bottle but i only unscrewed it about 1/2 a turn or so before i stopped.
Seems bizzare, I have about 800psi left in mine here in front of me and it don't move at all
