Well done to all the teams who played the cup this weekend.
Congrats to Manchester on the win overall & division 1
York finished 5th overall.
I'd just like to say "thanks" to all the teams we played & also to the rest of the York boys for the opportunity to play.
Hope to play again next year.
Rob.
The PA Cup this weekend, I hope you will agree was the best set up tournament outside the Millenium series.
The organisation was the best I have seen at any competition, the safety was second to none and the attention to detail was just fantastic.
The work done by Gilly and Hat for this weekend should inspire other tournament organisers to do the same.
A big thank you to Gilly and Hat from all of the York team. We will be there next year.
Andy
Just like to say a huge thankyou for the York Predators sponsors - the Yorkshire Paintball Centre and Fat Bob's. Also a personal thakyou to Fat Bob for sorting me out an air system at 10 minutes notice when my max flow exploded!
Cheers for playing Rob, it was a great weekend enjoyed by everyone I think.
Roll on next year!
Tom

Big thanks to all involved, Hatts & Gillie for putting on the event of the year!!! all staff and Marshals..... Cheers for the vote as the team of the event... (was like Christmas came early)
On the way up the road we stopped at a services for some well earned food... and the topic of conversation had to be... Edinburgh Vs Manchester...... what a game, what a rush!!!!!!!!
(Scary but cool at the same time).... now if only we can manage to play like that all the time.

cheers to all and good luck to Lincoln Storm in the future!!
Gazz (Captain, Edinburgh Keltics)
Final standings.....
1st - Manchester
2nd - Nottingham
3rd - Darlington
4th - Edinburgh
Here's a pic of the motley crew!
Here is another pic of the gang.
By the way, the newspaper article came out on Saturday, Apparently it's a huge picture of the team and a really good write up. I say team, what I really mean is Spud. We should all learn from this, when the papers ask Spud for a team pic, he sends a picture of himself. I will scan the article and post it on here.

Here's the first article of about 3. This one appeared in the Evening Press on Saturday.
By the way it's half a page.

Sweet!
Shame they chose such an awful photo (kidding Spud!). It's a great article, really positive :D
Cheers for posting it up Andy!
Tom
Big up the York Preds :D
Nice report, but I like the following piece
"We don't play it undercover anymore, but on big pitches, with lots of inflatable obstacles and kit"
What the hell sort of inflatable kit does Spud use, and do Planet sell it? :D
Seriously though, well done to everyone. An amazingly setup tourney played in the correct spirit and loads of fun. I was proud to represent York and would do it again. Big thanks to Andy and York paintball site for all of the help.
See you all at a tourney soon. Anyone else looking forward to Campaign???
P.S First post for the Shuckster
I am looking forward to Campaign as long as all my kit works!
Tom

I'd keep an eye on PBUK because they usually cover the big events.
