Just been offered these pumps. They fill up to 3000psi. Complete with guage and quick release fitting.

Before we say yes, we need a bit of feed back. If we were to stock them would anyone be interested.

Price is £134.95

Tell us what you think

looks ok for emergency filling if youve nothing else. be even better if the handle pump rod thing could be attached to a small motor youd have your own little compressor there. if it could fill to 4500 psi youd have it made.

jesus i never new such things existed, but for that price i don't think so! For a few extra quid u can get ur hands on a dive tank.

i would buy one if it were say £40, but £134.95 thats just so so so so so so so scandalas!

If it was slightly cheaper I'd buy one. Sure, you could buy a scuba tank for near that price but you also need to buy a fill rig, test it, hulk it to your site and hulk it to the scuba shop or BOC to get it filled when it runs out.

Does it have any kind of filter to make sure the air going in is clean?

How big is the tank on an air rifle ,and how many shots from that tank ?roughly.

As most tourney markers operate at tank pressures of 4500 psi,and a back player can empty that tank in one game I wouldn't fancy using that bike pump between every game to fill up:eek:

Even at 3000psi ,a 1.5 l tank would take a bit of filling.

The pumps are probably a good idea for anyone who doesnt have a place near by to get a dive tank filled.although they do seem to be a little hard work.dont know about anyone else but id rather have something doing the work for me.and at £135 its a little expensive.:(

was talking to an airgunner in my local pbshop a while back who was having a 20 oz co2 tank refilled. i think he said a 20 oz fill gave him aprox 4000+ shots. a pb marker on co2 will give me aprox 800 shots. my air system 1.1ltr 3000psi will give me about the same so using that as a base it takes aprox 5 times as much air to fire a paintball.so as a hand pump = 1 pump per airgun shot it will take 5 pumps per paint ball. pumping at one pump per second it will take aprox 67 mins to fill my bottle.......:(

hand/stirrup pumps. i dont think so.lol:( :( :( :(
