how 2 start a new team???

i was gonna try n start a team with me n a couple of mates (were 14) but we got no equipment yet, how can i get them into the sport n if i get that far how can i start a team?

Well I think to start if they've never actually played before get them all together and go book for your local site. If they like it move on from there. Start small get big. Have a word with the site people and see if they can do anything to help like if they run training days or have a club for regulars. Maybe they can put you on your way.

yea thats the problem, i organisd a trip 1nc but every 1 backed out except me coz it was 2 expensive, plus their parents were scared incase they got hurt :rolleyes:

ha, well tell thier perants to go get a life, as paintball is safer than many sports! can be one of the safest if you use common sense.
tell you what i did matey, i went when i was about 14 and got obsessed, bought a gun with a mate, and played on my dads farmland 1 on 1 !
then did my work experience at my nearest site (campaign) and got into the whole thing, i got to meet loadsa people who play for big teams (including jamie and jeff abbott) ((jamie plays for nexus)) i trained with campaign power red a few times as they were willing to teach me, i played a few games in a tourny for them(i sucked but who doesnt first time!) and now am in a team playing my first proper tourney on sunday, and i'm now 16.

just make that first move and start the ball rolling.

i need a job to help pay for my stuff.....only probs is as soon as i get a nicely payed one my mums gonna stop wid pocket money and start askin for a tenner a week rent!!!!!ill never afford it after that unless i get a really well paid job:(:(:(:(:(

thats exactly wat happened with me eric but ma mum isnt gonna let me get the pball gun i dont think but i might b able persuade her coz i got loads of other bb and co2 guns so i might just b able 2 persuade her like i did with the bb 1ns, but how my mates mum? suppose get him 2 play first.

oh and about jobs, iv already tried the local site said i gotta b 16 before they'll take me on (is the law now they said):rolleyes:
