Bedlam in Dundee/Edinburgh/Glasgow - I dislike the Glasgow site as it's expensive and the woodland is bland, I also used rental 'mags when I was there so dunno if they allow BYO marker. Haven't tried the other two.

That's all the paintball sites I know in Scotland and all of them bar Bedlam(who you should phone and ask) allow you to use your own marker. Hope that helped.
