View Full Version : intelliframe
is it worth getting an intelliframe for my mag? I have a revvy with x board and a vortex impellor and dont really have any trouble feeding but they do come in shiny chrome to which i find myself strangely attracted

They are worth having BUT if you want better performance at the same price get the Revvy Reload converted and buy a Lvl 10 kit.
I suppose I'll have to set that up for you as well.
Dont make me choose I`ll just take both:p
Ive just read up on the revvy conversion ,would an intelliframe be beneficial or not? if both were fitted?

Reload does the same job as an Intelliframe i.e. turns the paddle on every shot ,but doesn't have the Intelliframes weak spot...the external wiring.
Intelliframing a Reload would be pointless,so there
:p
Ok, thanks jamie lvl 10 and conversion it is then:)

Just to throw a spanner in the works. I have a Level 10 Automag with Intelli and a Level 10 Classic RT, both running on 3000 Air America with 12v Xboard revy. I am now planning on getting an Intelliframe for my RT as I do not like the stock AGD triggers. The 2x trigger on the Intelli is sweet and must help your ROF. It also looks cool (black or chrome).
There is nothing to stop you getting the Intelli and using the Reload instead of the standard Intelli wiring. You will still have a better grip and trigger than 'standard'.
I hope that does not confuse you.
Always leave your options open.....

Whats the best price you've been quoted for an Intelliframe and a Lvl 10 kit?
Pm'd you.
I am now the proud owner of an intelliframe:D :D Thanks swamprat and fleisher for the note, she fell for it

Does your wife know she's married to Sheffs answer to Hans Christian Anderson then?:p
Ha Ha, She also thinks I work in insurance and go to church MOST sundays;)
I highly recomend the intelli-frame. Its a great system. By the way, whats this "reload"? I'm a foolish american from Texas and have no idea what your talking about.:)

The 'Reload' is a sound activated upgrade board for a revvy.
It works whenever the gun fires after 'hearing' the shot.
Hope that helps.

They also do a complete reload hopper or loader (depending on which side of the pond you are) there about £50 they're on the Fatbobs shop.
Used one last sunday on my Angel it worked fine.......
Thats cool. I think I have heard of them before. I'm guessing it could prove faulty if you scream or something. Like for team commands, but hey, I'm not going to make judgement before I use it personally.

I know what the Reloads are, but I would like to ask a question. Does anyone know how reliable they are?
Will they start if someone real close to you is firing??
What happens if you have a quiet marker (if there is such a thing)- will they work at all??
Cheers

Like I said I used one last tourney had no problems at all with I worked fine on my marker which is quite a quiet one anyway, didn't notice it spinning when ppl were shouting either even if it did it wouldn't do it any harm. Overall I liked it and would rate it just as good as a viewloader........
The only thing i would stress is make sure you turn it on an the start of the game cause it had a habbit of turning its self off between games which i suppose save you a fortune on batteries nothing worse than opening your kit bag and finding that you caught the switch on your viewloader when you put it away last and have to buy another £7 of duracells

The Reload hopper seems very reliable and well "sorted" , I've seen one running on a Warped Xmag.
As I said before it pretty much does the same job as an Intelliframed revvy without the wiring etc.
