It's hopper and mag fed and it's really really quick and easy to switch between the two just pull the cocking handle where it is on a real M4 and it switches to hopper fed, p.s you can buy smaller mags for it, so you could have if you wanted mags with first strike and hopper feed normal paintballs, then for longer shots just switch to first strike

Haven't seen them on rap4 I know they are on justpaintball, and I don't think fat bobs sells them either, they are amazing markers, to be honest all the Tiberius ones are but the t4 outshines them in my opinion, although they are quite pricey which is their let down, because retailing for around 700 the t4 isn't cheap XD

For that kind of money you could be buying a used top end marker, like Macdev Clone, Dye NT, Planet Eclipse Ego/Geo, Vanguard Demon etc. Those are all MUCH better markers than a T9 or T4. Most of those would cost 500 or less as good used condition.

In any case, ALWAYS get to games and try markers before you start spending your hard earned money. Trust me, if you buy on impulse or by how a marker looks/sounds 'on paper' you'll quickly be buying a better marker and losing a whole lot of money.

There is no such thing as a 'sniper' in paintball. Paintballs come out of the end of the barrel within the velocity limits set and then they are ballistic (barring a few backspin tricks to generate lift at the expense of accuracy). A ball coming out of one barrel/marker at 280FPS will go the same distance as a ball coming out of another barrel/marker at 280FPS. First Strike rounds give a straighter flight path but still won't significantly outperform good quality tourney paint at around 1/20th the price.

Good quality tourney/scenario paint will be around 40 a box or less (2p a shot). First Strike rounds will be around 40p a shot (equivalent to 800 a box of 2000!). You won't shoot many First Strike rounds in a game as you simply won't be able to afford to.

It's a similar argument to using mag fed. It all works well on a level playing field, but in a scenario game you could well find yourself up against aggressive teams and players with 200 round hoppers, good markers and the ability to afford and shoot multiple boxes of paint. If you go mag fed and played strict milsim with FS rounds then maybe there would be some advantage, but you'd still have maybe 8 mags x 8 shots = 64 rounds, against guys with ATS markers and 8 x 18/20 round mags = 144-160 rounds.

But this is still so much better than the Accuracy and the range you find with a normal marker

You could always buy an x7 and buy more parts such as a barrel and other parts or just buy a kit

Tib 9.1 also 8 shot first strike rounds also. Why not get a GOG1 + Freak good starting marker and you can mod it all you like!

The world record for the longest painball shot begs to differ. It's not held by someone shooting first strike paintballs.

Yeah but that's why it is a world record, it's a one off
